The location is awesome, a quick 5-minute stroll to the cathedral! i found the beds super comfortable. My mum, who's usually picky, raved about them. the hotel was looked super fresh with a great-sized bathroom. i found that the staff were lovely and always helpful.

The room included a minibar and a tv with satellite channels. fresh towels were supplied daily, and the beds were neatly made. It was a nice touch. the room had blackout curtains, a desk, and individual climate control.

the hotel provided complimentary wifi throughout the building, even in the rooms. there was a 24-hour front desk that offered luggage storage. a buffet breakfast was served each morning in the dining area. i also noticed a rooftop terrace.

The welcome was efficient and pleasant. The reception and public areas were well-kept and clean. The receptionist provided helpful restaurant recommendations near the hotel. My room was clean, a good size, and included a good bathroom with a nice shower.
I would have liked a kettle in the room. The lighting was a bit dim

The hotel is in a very central area. Many attractions are a short walk away. it is easy to reach the central market and the cathedral. the area felt safe for walking at night.

The breakfast was excellent! You could order omelets or fried eggs in addition to the buffet. The bar area was also nice and inviting. The staff was very nice too!
The AC in the room was VERY loud! The blackout curtains didn't close properly so at 07.35 we were woken up with full daylight streaming into the bedroom.

the location was right in the city center! good bars and restaurants surround it. soundproof windows are a plus because it's right next to the streets. the breakfast was excellent. i love the fact that in addition to the buffet, i could order an omelet or fried eggs.
the ac in my room was very loud! the blackout curtains didn't close properly so at 07.35 i woke up with full daylight streaming into the bedroom! i complained but nothing was done about it.

the hotel offered onsite parking in an underground garage which was great for my rental car. the bar area looked nice and inviting, with a good selection of drinks and comfortable seating. i saw many people enjoying their time there.

The reception staff were very helpful. They always addressed my questions with professionalism and speed. The cleaning service was excellent. The room was cleaned promptly after I left for a short time. The underground garage offered onsite parking (a real bonus).
The space for clothes was limited. There was no separate wardrobe or sufficient shelving.

The staff provided helpful information about the city. Breakfast included a variety of homemade yogurts and veggie smoothies (i tried the mango!). Staff promptly addressed any issues or requests with clear communication and effective solutions.

My room was nice and quiet despite the busy area. The beautiful suite was spacious, with a beautiful balcony. The bed had a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was quite large, complete with a practical lighting system.

the hotel is in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants.
i was disappointed with the room i received. the air conditioning was very loud, it made it difficult to sleep. the blackout curtains didn't close completely, sunlight woke me up early.
